Payment of Capital Costs by District. (i) The District may elect to pay a portion of or all of the capital costs of the South Bay Aqueduct Enlargement by furnishing funds to the State either in advance of the State incurring the capital costs, or in advance of the State issuing bonds (including short-term financing) to finance such capital costs. The District may elect in writing to use this option by June 15 of each year (or later with the consent of the State) as to any portion of the South Bay Aqueduct Enlargement not yet financed by the State. 69Amended: Amendments No. 24

  • RETURN OF CAPITAL CONTRIBUTIONS No Partner shall be entitled to withdraw any part of its Capital Contribution or its Capital Account or to receive any distribution from the Partnership, except as specifically provided in this Agreement.
