Common use of Payment of Cash Award Clause in Contracts

Payment of Cash Award. The Company shall, subject to Section 3(a), 3(b) and Section 6, pay the Cash Award in a lump sum as soon as practicable following each Payment Date, but in no event later than March 15 of the calendar year following the Payment Date.

Payment of Cash Award. The Company shall, subject to Section Sections 3(a), 3(b), 3(d) and Section 66 of this Award Agreement, pay the Cash Award in a lump sum as soon as practicable following each Payment Date, but in no event later than March 15 of the calendar year following the Payment Date.

Payment of Cash Award. The Company shall, subject to Section Sections 3(a), 3(b) and Section 66 of this Award Agreement, pay (i) the portion of the Cash Award that is not a 409A Installment in a lump sum as soon as practicable following each the relevant Payment Date, but in no event later than March 15 of the calendar year following such Payment Date and (ii) each 409A Installment in a lump sum no later than thirty (30) days following the relevant Payment Date.
