Common use of Payment of Certain Expenses by Servicer Clause in Contracts

Payment of Certain Expenses by Servicer. The Seller and any Servicer will be required to pay all expenses incurred by them in connection with their activities under the Repurchase Documents, including fees and disbursements of independent accountants, Taxes imposed on the Seller or the Servicers, expenses incurred in connection with payments and reports pursuant to the Repurchase Documents, and all other fees and expenses not expressly stated under the Repurchase Documents for the account of the Seller. The Seller shall be required to pay all reasonable fees and expenses owing to any bank or trust company in connection with the maintenance of the Collection Account, the Securities Account and all other collection, reserve or lock-box accounts related to the Purchased Items. The Seller shall be required to pay such expenses for its own account and shall not be entitled to any payment therefor other than the Servicing Fee.
