Common use of Payment of Change in Control Benefit Clause in Contracts

Payment of Change in Control Benefit. Subject to Section 2.5, the Company shall pay the Change in Control Benefit to the Executive in a lump sum within sixty (60) days following Termination of Employment; provided that if such sixty (60) day period begins in one calendar year and ends in another, the Executive shall not have the right to designate the calendar year of payment.
