Common use of Payment of Class Counsel Fees Clause in Contracts

Payment of Class Counsel Fees. (1) Forthwith after the Settlement becomes final, as contemplated in section 13, Sutts, Strosberg LLP shall pay to Class Counsel the Class Counsel Fees approved by the Courts from the Escrow Account.
