Defendants Have No Responsibility or Liability for Administration. Except for the obligation to pay the Settlement Amount and provide the information and assistance contemplated by sections 15.3(1) and (2), none of the Releasees, the Defendants, or the Defendants’ counsel shall have any responsibility for or any liability whatsoever with respect to the administration or implementation of the Agreement and Plan of Allocation, including, without limitation, the processing and payment of claims by the Administrator.
