Common use of Payment of Costs and Fees Clause in Contracts

Payment of Costs and Fees. Borrower shall pay to each Agent and each Lender all costs and expenses in connection with the preparation, negotiation, execution and delivery of this Amendment and any documents and instruments relating hereto in accordance with Section 12.04 of the Credit Agreement.
