PAYMENT OF COSTS AND LEGAL FEES. All reasonable costs and legal fees paid or incurred by Executive pursuant to any dispute or question of interpretation relating to this Agreement shall be paid or reimbursed by the Employer, if Executive is successful with respect to such dispute or question of interpretation pursuant to a legal judgment, arbitration or settlement. Such reimbursements shall be paid to Executive within two and one-half (2 ½) months after the dispute is settled or resolved in Executive’s favor.
