Common use of Payment of Costs on Securities Clause in Contracts

Payment of Costs on Securities. The Chargor shall duly and promptly pay all costs, instalments or other payments which from time to time become due in respect of any Charged Property. In the case of any default by the Chargor in this respect the Security Agent may, if it reasonably thinks fit, make any such payments on behalf of the Chargor, in which event any sums so paid shall be reimbursed by the Chargor to the Security Agent promptly following demand in writing by the Security Agent and until reimbursed shall bear interest in accordance with Clause 14.3 (Overdue Amounts) and shall be secured on the Charged Property.
