Payment of Credit Facility Liabilities. (a) Subject to paragraph (b) below and Clause 3.2 (Rolled Loan – restrictions), and without prejudice to any restrictions contained in the Pari Passu Debt Documents (other than this Agreement), the Debtors may make Payments of the Credit Facility Liabilities at any time in accordance with, and subject to the provisions of, the relevant Credit Facility Documents.
