Payment of Debt Owed Sample Clauses

Payment of Debt Owed to the State of Texas As required by Texas Government Code, Section 2252.903, the Contractor agrees that any Payments due under this Contract shall be directly applied towards eliminating any debt or delinquency including, but not limited to, delinquent taxes, delinquent student loan Payments and delinquent child support, until the debt is paid in full. The Contractor shall comply with the rules adopted by the Department under Texas Government Code, Sections 403.055, 403.0551, 2252.903 and other applicable laws and regulations regarding satisfaction of debts or delinquencies to the State of Texas.
