DIRECT PERSONNEL EXPENSE. 4.1. Direct Personnel Expense of employees engaged on the Project by the ARCHITECT/ENGINEER includes ARCHITECT/ENGINEERS, other engineers, designers, job captains, draftsmen, specification writers and typists, in consultation, research and design in producing Drawings, Specifications and other documents pertaining to the Project, and in services during construction at the site.
4.2. Direct Personnel Expense includes actual cost and of mandatory and customary financial benefits paid.
DIRECT PERSONNEL EXPENSE. 8.1.1 Direct Personnel Expense is defined as the direct salaries of the Design Professional's personnel engaged on the Project and the portion of the cost of their mandatory and customary contributions and benefits related thereto, such as employment taxes and other statutory employee benefits, insurance, sick leave, holidays, vacations, pensions and similar contributions and benefits.
DIRECT PERSONNEL EXPENSE. 7.6.1 When applicable to the Agreement, direct personnel expense shall include that of employees engaged on the Project by the Professional including Architects, Engineers, Professionals, Draftsmen, Specification Writers, Inspectors, and Secretaries in consultation, research, design, production of Drawings, Specifications, and other Documents pertaining to the Project, and inspection of construction of the Project.
7.6.2 Direct personnel expense shall include the cost of salaries and mandatory and customary benefits such as statutory employee benefits, insurance, sick leave, holidays, vacations, pensions, and similar benefits.
DIRECT PERSONNEL EXPENSE. 6.5.1.1 Payments of Direct Personnel Expense in accordance with Section 6.1, shall be made monthly based upon services performed. Any request for the payment of Direct Personnel Expenses shall be accompanied by time records certified by the Consultant.
DIRECT PERSONNEL EXPENSE. 6.1.1 For Direct Personnel Expense provided by the Consultant and all Sub-consultants for Services, including services as an Owner Agent, the Owner shall pay the Consultant the amount identified in the Agreement.
6.1.2 Direct Personnel Expense for the Consultant’s employees for such hours of their time as are devoted to performing Basic Services to the Project shall be determined in accordance with the Consultant’s Staffing Plan. Such Direct Personnel Expense shall be evidenced by time records certified by the Consultant.
6.1.3 The Consultant shall use all reasonable means to minimize Direct Personnel Expense.
DIRECT PERSONNEL EXPENSE. (s) are related to the Architect’s time devoted to the Project and the portion of the cost of the Architect’s mandatory and customary contributions and benefits related thereto such as employment taxes; other statutory employee benefits; social security contributions; insurance; sick leave; holidays; vacations; pensions; profit sharing; and/or similar benefits.
DIRECT PERSONNEL EXPENSE. 11.1.1 Direct Personnel Expense is defined as the direct salaries of the Consultant's personnel engaged on the Project and the portion of the cost of their mandatory and customary contributions and benefits related thereto, such as employment taxes and other statutory employee benefits, insurance, sick leave, holidays, vacations, pensions and similar contributions and benefits. The Consultant shall account for such expenses using daily records and reports. CCPRC shall have the right to audit such expenses upon reasonable notice. At a minimum, invoices shall contain the identity of the provider of the services, the date of the services, a description of the services, indicating a percentage of the work completed and any applicable taxes.
DIRECT PERSONNEL EXPENSE. 2.3.1 Direct Personnel Expense for the CM’s employees and all Consultants for such hours of their time as are devoted to performing Basic Services to the Project shall be determined in accordance with the CM’s Staffing Plan. 2.3.2 The CM shall use all reasonable means to minimize Direct Personnel Expense.
