Payment of Dues Deduction and Fair Share Fees. The Union agrees to save the Employer harmless in the event of any legal controversy with regard to the application of this provision. All dues and fair share fees collected shall be paid by the Employer once each month to the Ohio State Troopers Association. No fees will be charged for this deduction.
