Common use of Payment of Expenses of Administration Clause in Contracts

Payment of Expenses of Administration. To incur and pay any and all charges, taxes and expenses upon or connected with this Trust or the Trust Fund in the discharge of their fiduciary obligations under this Agreement, but only to the extent that such amount may be incurred and paid from the Trust Fund without causing the Trust Fund to become disqualified from the application of Section 468A of the Code or any applicable successor provisions.
