Payment of Fees and Charges. Fees and Charges shall be paid in accordance with the currently applicable Fee Schedule, including but not limited to the following: a) Water Availability Fee. An initial Water Availability Fee shall be due and payable upon execution of this Petition, unless previously paid at the time of platting or sale of the lot.
