Common use of Payment of Fees Clause in Contracts

Payment of Fees. 2.1 For Continuous Services and Ad Hoc Services, Oracle shall invoice Client for the fees as detailed in the applicable Order or SOW. For Continuous Services, the invoice shall itemize in reasonable detail all charges. All invoices shall be payable to Oracle within thirty (30) days from date of invoice. All fees under the Order and this Agreement are non- cancellable and non-refundable.
