Common use of Payment of Fees Clause in Contracts

Payment of Fees. The Borrower shall have paid or caused to be paid to the Administrative Agent for itself and for the account of the Lenders to the extent not previously paid all fees accrued through the Closing Date and the costs and expenses for which the Administrative Agent and the Lenders are entitled to be reimbursed.

The Borrower shall have paid or caused to be paid to the Administrative Agent for itself and for the account of each of the Lenders Banks (i) a fee equal to .05% of the extent not previously paid all fees accrued through the Closing Date Commitment and the costs and (ii) expenses for which the Administrative Agent and the Lenders Banks are entitled to be reimbursed.
