Payment of GST If GST is payable on any supply made by a Party (or any entity through which that Party acts) (Supplier) under or in connection with this Agreement, the recipient will pay to the Supplier an amount equal to the GST payable on the supply.
ORDER PROCESSING CHARGE H-GAC will apply an Order Processing Charge for each sale done through the H-GAC contract, with the exception of orders for motor vehicles. Any pricing submitted must include this charge amount per the most current H-GAC schedule. For motor vehicle orders, the Processing Charge is paid by the Customer.
Shipping Charges Unless otherwise stated in the Bid Specifications, all deliveries shall be deemed to be freight on board (F.O.B.) destination tailgate delivery at the dock of the Authorized User. Unless otherwise agreed, items purchased at a price F.O.B. Shipping point plus transportation charges shall not relieve the Contractor from responsibility for safe and proper delivery notwithstanding the Authorized User’s payment of transportation charges. Contractor shall be responsible for ensuring that the Xxxx of Lading states “charges prepaid” for all shipments.
Payment of Utilities Pay for electricity and all other utilities consumed in or relating to the Subject Unit and proportionately for the Common Portions.
Additional Fee on Late Payments For any payments thirty (30) calendar days or more overdue under this Agreement, Registry Operator shall pay an additional fee on late payments at the rate of 1.5% per month or, if less, the maximum rate permitted by applicable law.
CAISO ACA Charge The CAISO ACA Charge is the product of the Unit’s Billable MWh for the Billing Month and the applicable annual charge for short-term sales under 18 CFR Section 382.201 of the FERC Regulations. Schedule C Variable Cost Payment for All Conditions Part 5 for Biomass Generation Units For each month and each Unit, the Variable Cost Payment for Billable MWH from the Unit pursuant to Nonmarket Transaction during that Month shall be the amount calculated in accordance with the following formula: Variable Cost Payment = A.
Replacement of Notes Upon receipt by the Company at the address and to the attention of the designated officer (all as specified in Section 18(iii)) of evidence reasonably satisfactory to it of the ownership of and the loss, theft, destruction or mutilation of any Note (which evidence shall be, in the case of an Institutional Investor, notice from such Institutional Investor of such ownership and such loss, theft, destruction or mutilation), and
Payment of Non-compliance Penalties j) Subject to Clause (i) above, the Service Provider shall pay the Non-compliance Penalty indicated in the Non-compliance Penalty Certificate within 10 (ten) Business Days of Transnet issuing a valid Tax Invoice to the Service Provider for the amount set out in that certificate. If Transnet does not issue a valid Tax Invoice to the Service Provider for Non-compliance Penalties accrued during any relevant period, those Non-compliance Penalties shall be carried forward to the next period.

Xxxxxxxx’s Right to Reinstate the Loan after Acceleration If Xxxxxxxx meets certain conditions, Borrower will have the right to reinstate the Loan and have enforcement of this Security Instrument discontinued at any time up to the later of (a) five days before any foreclosure sale of the Property, or (b) such other period as Applicable Law might specify for the termination of Xxxxxxxx’s right to reinstate. This right to reinstate will not apply in the case of acceleration under Section 19. To reinstate the Loan, Borrower must satisfy all of the following conditions: (aa) pay Lender all sums that then would be due under this Security Instrument and the Note as if no acceleration had occurred; (bb) cure any Default of any other covenants or agreements under this Security Instrument or the Note; (cc) pay all expenses incurred in enforcing this Security Instrument or the Note, including, but not limited to: (i) reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs; (ii) property inspection and valuation fees; and (iii) other fees incurred to protect Xxxxxx’s interest in the Property and/or rights under this Security Instrument or the Note; and (dd) take such action as Lender may reasonably require to assure that Xxxxxx’s interest in the Property and/or rights under this Security Instrument or the Note, and Xxxxxxxx’s obligation to pay the sums secured by this Security Instrument or the Note, will continue unchanged. Lender may require that Borrower pay such reinstatement sums and expenses in one or more of the following forms, as selected by Lender: (aaa) cash; (bbb) money order; (ccc) certified check, bank check, treasurer’s check, or cashier’s check, provided any such check is drawn upon an institution whose deposits are insured by a U.S. federal agency, instrumentality, or entity; or (ddd) Electronic Fund Transfer. Upon Xxxxxxxx’s reinstatement of the Loan, this Security Instrument and obligations secured by this Security Instrument will remain fully effective as if no acceleration had occurred.
