Payment of Investment Accounts in Lump. Sum and FIA in Installments: The Contractholder may have the aggregate Investment Account Withdrawal Value of all Participant Accounts paid to it in a lump-sum, with the FIA paid in 6 equal annual installments. The aggregate Investment Account Withdrawal Value will be determined on the termination effective date and paid within 7 days from the termination effective date, except as we may be permitted to defer payment in accordance with appropriate provisions of the federal securities laws. The initial FIA installment is calculated on the termination effective date and paid within 7 days from the termination effective date. Subsequent installments are paid on the anniversary of the termination effective date. During the installment payment period, interest is credited under the terms described in Section 3.5.
