Common use of Payment of Invoice Clause in Contracts

Payment of Invoice. ACOG shall, within 90 days of receipt of invoice for eligible expenses relating to the purchase of vehicles, equipment, materials, labor and installation, review and process invoice as well as request reimbursement from ODOT for xxxxxxx’s expenditures. Once ODOT has provided reimbursement for grantee’s expenditures ACOG will issue payment to grantee.
