Payment of Lesser Amount. If Purchaser pays, or Seller otherwise receives, a lesser amount than the full amount provided for under this Agreement, such payment or receipt will not constitute or be construed other than as on account of the earliest amount due Seller. Seller may accept any check or payment in any amount without prejudice to Seller's right to recover the balance of the amount due or pursue any other right or remedy. No endorsement or statement on any check or payment will constitute or be construed as an accord or satisfaction.
