Common use of Payment of Litigation Expenses Clause in Contracts

Payment of Litigation Expenses. As Additional Rent, to pay all reasonable costs, counsel and other fees incurred by Landlord in connection with the successful enforcement by Landlord of any obligations of Tenant under this Lease or in connection with any bankruptcy case involving Tenant or any guarantor.
