Common use of Payment of Litigation Expenses Clause in Contracts

Payment of Litigation Expenses. In the event of litigation or other legal proceeding between Landlord and Tenant relating to the provisions of this Lease or Tenant’s occupancy of the Premises or in connection with any bankruptcy case, the losing party shall, upon demand, reimburse the prevailing party for its reasonable costs of prosecuting and/or defending such proceeding (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees).
