Common use of Payment of Notes and Maintenance of Offices Clause in Contracts

Payment of Notes and Maintenance of Offices. Each Guarantor will punctually pay, or cause to be paid, all of the Guarantied Obligations when due and all other payment obligations required of it hereunder and will maintain an office at its address as set forth pursuant to Section 6.3 where notices, presentations and demands in respect of this Guaranty may be made upon it. Such office will be maintained at such address until such time as such Guarantor shall notify the Noteholders of any change of location of such office.
