Payment of Outgoings. 2.1 To bear pay and discharge and to indemnify the Landlord against all existing and future rates taxes duties charges assessments impositions council tax and expenses and other outgoings and outlays whether exceptional or recurring which now or any time during the Term shall be taxed charged rated assessed or imposed on the Property or any part thereof for the purpose of enabling the same to be used for any particular purpose and whether by the landlord tenant or occupier of the same by authority of any Act of Parliament now in force or hereafter to be passed or otherwise
