Payment of Pari Passu Debt Liabilities. (a) Subject to paragraph (b) below, and without prejudice to any restrictions contained in the Credit Facility Documents (other than this Agreement), the Debtors may make Payments of the Pari Passu Debt Liabilities at any time in accordance with, and subject to the provisions of, the Pari Passu Debt Documents.
