Payment of Premium by Employer. Except as otherwise provided in ------------------------------ Paragraph 3.b herein, the Employer may pay 10 equal annual payments of $830,000. The premium shall not be reduced by the premiums paid by the Trust, if any. The Employer may pay the premium paid pursuant to this Paragraph 3.a directly to the Insurer and may continue paying said amounts until the 10 annual payments have been paid.
