Common use of Payment of Premiums Clause in Contracts

Payment of Premiums. The cost of the premiums for the insurance policies maintained by Landlord under this Paragraph 8 shall be a Common Area Operating Expense pursuant to Paragraph 4.2 hereof. Premiums for policy periods commencing prior to, or extending beyond, the term of this Lease shall be prorated to coincide with the corresponding Commencement Date or Expiration Date.

Payment of Premiums. The cost of the premiums for the insurance ------------------- policies maintained by Landlord under this Paragraph 8 shall be a Common Area Operating Expense pursuant to Paragraph 4.2 hereof. The cost of the premiums for the insurance policies maintained by Landlord under this Paragraph 8 Section 9 shall be a Common Area Operating Expense pursuant to Paragraph Section 4.2 hereof. Premiums for policy periods commencing prior to, or extending beyond, the term of this Lease shall be prorated to coincide with the corresponding Commencement Date or Expiration Date.

Payment of Premiums. The cost of the premiums for the insurance policies maintained by Landlord under this Paragraph 8 of this lease shall be a Common Area an Operating Expense pursuant to Paragraph 4.2 hereofof this lease. Premiums for policy periods commencing prior to, or extending beyond, the term of this Lease Term shall be prorated to coincide with the corresponding Commencement Date or Expiration Date.

Premiums for policy periods commencing prior to, or extending beyond, the term of this Lease shall be prorated to coincide with the corresponding Commencement Date or Expiration Date.

Payment of Premiums. The cost of the premiums for the insurance policies maintained by Landlord under this Paragraph 8 shall be a Common Area Operating Expense Expenses pursuant to Paragraph 4.2 hereof. Premiums for policy periods commencing prior to, or and extending beyond, the term of this Lease shall be prorated to coincide with the corresponding Commencement Date or of Expiration Date.

Premiums for policy periods commencing prior to, or 10 extending beyond, the term of this Lease shall be prorated to coincide with the corresponding Commencement Date or of Expiration Date.

Payment of Premiums. The cost of the premiums for the insurance policies maintained by Landlord under this Paragraph 8 Section 9 shall be a Common Area an Operating Expense pursuant to Paragraph Section 4.2 hereof. Premiums for policy periods commencing prior to, or extending beyond, the term Term of this Lease shall be prorated to coincide with the corresponding Commencement Date or Expiration Date.

Payment of Premiums. The cost of the premiums for the insurance policies maintained required to be carried by Landlord under this Paragraph 8 Landlord, pursuant to Sections 8.2(b), 8.3(a) and 8.3(b), shall be a Common Area Operating Expense pursuant to Paragraph 4.2 hereofExpense. Premiums for policy periods commencing prior to, or extending beyond, the term of this Lease shall be prorated to coincide with the corresponding Commencement Delivery Date or Expiration Dateexpiration of this Lease.

Payment of Premiums. The cost of the premiums for the insurance policies maintained by Landlord under this Paragraph 8 shall be a Common Corm-non Area Operating Expense reimbursable pursuant to Paragraph 4.2 hereof. Premiums for policy periods commencing prior to, or extending beyond, the term of this Lease shall be prorated to coincide with the corresponding Commencement Date or and Expiration Date.

Payment of Premiums. The cost of the premiums for the insurance policies maintained by Landlord under this Paragraph 8 B shall be a Common Area Operating Expense pursuant to Paragraph 4.2 hereof. Premiums for policy periods commencing prior to, or extending beyond, the term of this Lease shall be prorated to coincide with the corresponding Commencement Date or Expiration Date.

Payment of Premiums. The cost of the premiums for the insurance policies maintained by Landlord under this Paragraph 8 and which Landlord maintains as of the date of this Lease and continues to maintain thereafter,shall be a Common Area Operating Expense pursuant to Paragraph 4.2 hereof. Premiums for policy periods commencing prior to, or extending beyond, the term of this Lease shall be prorated to coincide with the corresponding Commencement Date or Expiration Date.

Payment of Premiums. The cost of the premiums for the insurance policies maintained by Landlord under this Paragraph 8 shall be a Common Area Operating Expense reimbursable pursuant to Paragraph 4.2 hereof. Premiums for policy periods commencing prior to, or extending beyond, the term of this Lease shall be prorated to coincide with the corresponding Commencement Date or and Expiration Date.

Payment of Premiums. The cost of the premiums for the insurance policies maintained carried by Landlord under this Paragraph 8 pursuant to Paragraphs 6.02(b), 6.03(a) and 6.03(b), shall be a Common Area Operating Expense Expenses payable pursuant to the terms of Paragraph 4.2 hereof4.03. Premiums for policy periods commencing prior to, or extending beyond, the term of this Lease shall be prorated to coincide with the corresponding Commencement Start Date or Expiration Date.
