Payment of Principal Balance Prior to Maturity Date. Prior to the Maturity Date, payments of the Principal Balance on this RRDP Note shall be paid in full if the Property fails to be continuously maintained as a Qualified Project during the Affordability Period and a default is declared by the Permanent Lender that results in an acceleration of this RRDP Note.
