Payment of Registration Fee. The Company has paid the registration fee for this offering pursuant to Rule 456(a) and Rule 457 under the Securities Act.
Payment of Registration Fee. Brand Owner shall, within thirty (30) days of the execution of this Past Use Agreement, pay Licensing Company a non-refundable, non-recoupable registration fee of US$ 25,000 (twenty-five thousand US Dollars). Brand Owner shall not be obligated to pay such registration fee if Brand Owner already paid a registration fee of at least $25,000 to Licensing Company in connection with a Registration Agreement for UHD Player and/or Combi UHD Player/BD Recorder Manufacturer, or Registration Agreement for BD Player and/or BD Recorder Manufacturer and Brand Owner.

This registration fee covers the initial five- year period of this License Agreement, and not any extension or renewal thereof. Licensee shall not be obligated to pay such registration fee if Licensee or its Affiliate already paid a registration fee of at least $25,000 to Licensing Company in connection with a substantially identical License Agreement for BD-Software Manufacturer.
Payment of Registration Fee. (a) The initial Registration Fee for each Member Oil Handling Facility requiring an arrangement on the date hereof shall be due and payable on or prior to the Effective Date, and each subsequent Registration Fee shall be paid on or prior to the anniversary date of the Effective Date.
(b) For each Member Oil Handling Facility for which Operator requires an arrangement after the Effective Date, a Registration Fee shall be payable prior to the arrangement in respect of such Member Oil Handling Facility becoming effective, and thereafter the Registration Fee for such Member Oil Handling Facility shall be payable on or prior to each anniversary date of the date on which the Registration Fee was initially paid. In the case of Member Oil Handling Facilities in respect of which arrangements are required after the Effective Date and prior to an anniversary of an Effective Date, a new agreement on terms similar to the terms of this Agreement shall be signed.

This registration fee covers the initial five-year period of this License Agreement, and not any extension or renewal thereof. Licensee shall not be obligated to pay such registration fee if Licensee or its Affiliate already paid a registration fee of at least $25,000 to Licensing Company in connection with a substantially identical License Agreement for BD Player (Transportation Vehicle) Manufacturer.

Brand Owner shall, within thirty (30) days of the execution of this Past Use Agreement, pay Licensing Company a non-refundable, non-recoupable registration fee of US$ 25,000 (twenty-five thousand US Dollars). Brand Owner shall not be obligated to pay such registration fee if Brand Owner already paid a registration fee of at least $25,000 to Licensing Company in connection with a Registration Agreement for BD-Playback Drive, BD-Recorder Drive and/or BD- Combination Drive Manufacturer, or Registration Agreement for BD-Playback Drive, BD-Recorder Drive and/or BD-Combination Drive Manufacturer and Brand Owner.

Licensee shall not be obligated to pay such registration fee if Licensee or its Affiliate already paid a registration fee of at least $25,000 to Licensing Company in connection with a substantially identical License Agreement for Manufacturer of Aftermarket BD Drive Bundled with BD-PC Software.
Payment of Registration Fee. The Company will pay the required Commission filing fees relating to the Securities within the time required by Rule 456(b)(1) under the Act (without regard to the proviso to Rule 456(b)(1)(i)) and otherwise in accordance with Rules 456(b) and 457(r) under the Act.

Payment of Registration Fee.
(a) The initial Registration Fee for each ship owned or operated by Operator on the date hereof and for which Operator wishes to obtain an arrangement from Alert shall be due and payable on or prior to the Effective Date, and each subsequent Registration Fee shall be paid on or prior to the anniversary date of the Effective Date.
(b) For each ship which Operator commences to own or operate after the Effective Date and for which Operator wishes to obtain an arrangement from Alert, a Registration Fee shall be payable prior to the arrangement in respect of such ship becoming effective and thereafter the Registration Fee for such ship shall be payable on or before each anniversary date of the date on which the Registration Fee was initially paid.
