Payment of Rent - General. All amounts payable by the Tenant to the Landlord under this Lease shall be deemed to be Rent and shall be payable and recoverable as Rent in the manner herein provided, and the Landlord shall have all rights against the Tenant for default in any such payment as in the case of arrears of Rent. Rent shall be paid to the Landlord, without deduction or set-off, in legal tender of the jurisdiction in which the Development is located, at the address of the Landlord as set forth in this Lease, or to such other Person or at such other address as the Landlord may from time to time designate in writing. The Tenant’s obligation to pay Rent shall survive the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease.
