PAYMENT OF RENTS. Unless deferred by UCF DHRL, all housing rents relating to a specific period are due no later than the dates shown on the Housing Agreement: Cancellation Fees and Important Dates Schedule for the semester the Student will be in residence. Students who are assigned a room after the rent due date are granted an automatic extension of the due date to 14 days from the date the room assignment is made. UCF DHRL will NOT send an invoice or billing statement to the Student. Payments are due on a semester-by-semester basis. The amount of each payment is shown in the Room Rates: Applicable Rates Schedule. Payments are due on or before the due dates shown in the Housing Agreement: Cancellation Fees and Important Dates Schedule applicable to the length of the agreement the Student and UCF DHRL agree to. Students with an agreement for a summer residence will make only one payment, depending on which session(s) the Student is residing in Housing. Residents staying for both summer session A and summer session B owe the amounts shown for summer session C, and due dates are those shown for summer session C. Cancellation Fees are based upon the length of the agreement the Student and UCF DHRL agree to, and the time of the cancellation. PAYMENT OF RENTS. To pay the respective rents and sums of money reserved and made payable at the times and in the manner in which the same are set out or referred to in clause 3 without any deduction or set off and to make all such payments to the Landlord on the due date through the Tenant's bankers by the direct debit system
PAYMENT OF RENTS. Tenant's payment of full or partial payment of Rent following any default of Landlord under this Lease shall not constitute a waiver of such default.
PAYMENT OF RENTS. 7.1 The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord the Rent, the Initial Service Charge, the Service Charge Estimate and any VAT payable on those sums without deduction, recoupment or set-off (whether legal or equitable) in four equal instalments in advance on the usual quarter days, and shall pay the Insurance Rent within 10 Business Days of demand, the Initial Service Charge, the Service Charge Balance and the Road Cost and any VAT on them on demand (whether such demand is made and received before or after the end of the Term) and interest in accordance with clause 8.7.
7.2 The Tenant shall pay the first instalment of the Rent and any VAT due on it to the Landlord on the Rent Commencement Date, and the first instalment is to be a proportionate amount for the period from and including the Rent Commencement Date, until the next quarter day.
7.3 The Tenant shall pay the Initial Service Charge from the date of this Lease until (but excluding) the Service Charge Commencement Date. The first instalment of the Initial Service Charge and any VAT due on it shall be paid to the Landlord on the date of this Lease and shall be a proportionate amount for the period from and including the date of this Lease until the next quarter day.
7.4 The Tenant shall pay the Service Charge Estimate from (and including) the Service Charge Commencement Date for the remainder of the Term. The first instalment of the Service Charge Estimate and any VAT due on it shall be paid to the Landlord on the Service Charge Commencement Date and shall be a proportionate amount for the period from and including the Service Charge Commencement Date until the next quarter day (credit being given for any Initial Service Charge paid in respect of the period after the Service Charge Commencement Date).
7.5 The Tenant shall pay the Road Cost within 10 Business Days of written demand.
7.6 If required by the Landlord, the Tenant shall pay the Rent, the Initial Service Charge, the Service Charge Estimate and any VAT on them by banker's standing order to a bank account in the United Kingdom which the Landlord has notified in writing to the Tenant.
