Payment of Rent - General. (a) All payments required to be made by the Tenant pursuant to this Lease shall be paid when due, without prior demand and without any abatement, set-off, compensation or deduction whatsoever, except as may be otherwise expressly provided herein, at the address of the Landlord set out in Section 1.1(a)(ii) or at such other place as the Landlord may designate from time to time to the Tenant.
