Common use of Payment of Rental Assistance Clause in Contracts

Payment of Rental Assistance. (a) CMHC will provide monthly disbursements of the Rental Assistance to the Housing Provider for the term of this Agreement, and any extension thereof, equal to the difference between the Rent-Geared-to-Income Housing Charge payable by Assisted Households to the Housing Provider in accordance with this Agreement, and the Occupancy Charge. Notwithstanding the Rental Assistance amount set out in Schedule “B” of this Agreement, the Rental Assistance may be subject to adjustment in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
