Payment of Series Monthly Servicing Fee. An amount equal to the lesser of (A) the sum of the Series Monthly Servicing Fee and all accrued but unpaid Series Monthly Servicing Fees as of the prior Distribution Date and (B) the amount on deposit in respect of the Series Monthly Servicing Fee in the Series Distribution Account on such Distribution Date pursuant to Section 8 shall be withdrawn from the Series Distribution Account and paid to the Servicer.
