Common use of Payment of Shift Premium Clause in Contracts

Payment of Shift Premium. The shift premium of one dollar ($1.00) per hour will be paid, and shall apply to all shifts in which the majority of hours fall between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. The premium is to be paid for all hours worked.
