Common use of Payment of Statutory Fees Clause in Contracts

Payment of Statutory Fees. All fees payable pursuant to section 1930 of title 28 of the United States Code, as determined by the Bankruptcy Court at the Confirmation Hearing, shall be paid on the Effective Date.

Payment of Statutory Fees.
