Common use of Payment of Stockholders’ Expenses Clause in Contracts

Payment of Stockholders’ Expenses. On the Closing Date, contemporaneously with the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and on behalf of the Company and Stockholders, the Company shall pay in cash by wire transfer of immediately available funds, the Stockholders’ Expenses to such Persons entitled thereto.
