Transfer Expenses. Before a transfer takes place the terms under which such transfer is to occur shall be agreed between the employee and the employer and recorded in writing. For: Transferring on promotion; or Transferring at the convenience of the employer
Transfer Expenses. A transferred employee is expected to make arrangements to move expeditiously but this should not exceed a period of one year from date of transfer, except where there is a specific agreement between the employee and local management for an extension. The employee must provide in writing his/her intention to move to the supervisor, prior to receiving payment for any applicable living expenses. Reimbursement for actual costs incurred in the move will be allowed as follows: • All employees who are eligible for moving expenses shall be afforded 12 weeks from the date the employee reports to work in the new location (i.e., date of transfer) to decide whether or not they wish to move. Payment of the following expenses is predicated on the employee maintaining his/her previous principal residence:
a) During this 12 week period, the employee shall have the option of either commuting to and from his/her new work location and receiving incremental travel expenses (i.e., additional travel costs beyond the employee’s normal travel costs to the old work location), the total cost of which not to exceed living expense equivalent, or being paid living expenses in the new location. If the employee expressly indicates that he/she does not intend to relocate his/her residence, all expenses will cease at that time.
b) All expenses will stop at the end of the 12 week decision period unless the employee has provided in writing his/her intention to move within one year of date of transfer. Providing that the employee demonstrates to Management’s satisfaction that arrangements to move with employee’s family to the new location are being made as quickly as possible, the employee’s living expenses in the new location or incremental travel expenses will be paid until such time as the employee moves or for a period not to exceed a further 6 months unless the employee can demonstrate serious hardship, in which case the period of expense coverage is 9 months (in addition to the initial 12 week decision period). The time limits mentioned above may be extended by a specific mutual agreement between the employee and line management for a total period not to exceed two years from the date of transfer.
c) If an employee, after providing written notification of his/her intention to move fails to do so, all expenses paid on his/her behalf or travel expenses paid to him/her for any period beyond the initial 12 weeks from the date of transfer or the date of his/her written intent to move, whic...
Transfer Expenses. An employee transferred pursuant to the provisions of Article 34 outside his/her geographic location, as defined in this Article, shall be eligible for moving expenses in accordance with the provisions of Article 30.
Transfer Expenses. Employees who have to move from one geographic location to another after winning a competition, or at the Employer's request, shall be entitled to transfer expenses in accordance with the agreed upon established regulations which shall be subject to review and revision during the period of this Agreement by negotiations between the parties.

Transfer Expenses. 15.11.1 Employees shall be considered as transferring when the College relocates them from one College centre or campus to another College centre or campus located more than sixty (60) kilometers distant. In the application of this clause, Xxxxxxxx River and the Comox Valley shall be considered as one geographic region. The College shall reimburse an employee so transferred for actual expenses of moving household goods and possessions.
15.11.2 If the transfer is at the request of the employee or as the result of a displacement, no transfer allowances will be paid by the Employer.
Transfer Expenses. To be eligible for transfer expenses the employee's assigned Centre must be more than 32 km from their previous assigned Centre and the employee's current residence must be greater than 32 km from the new assigned Centre.
Transfer Expenses. Seller shall pay any sales and use, transfer, documentary, or other taxes levied on the transfer of the Acquired Assets. All Acquired Assets shall be claimed as exempt from sales or use tax by both parties and Purchaser shall furnish Seller at Closing with appropriate sales tax exemption certificates as reasonably requested by Seller for the Inventory. Seller shall timely report and remit any such taxes to the appropriate revenue authorities.
Transfer Expenses. The Owner shall pay all costs of delivery to the Servicer of all of the Servicing Files, custodial transfer and or/transfer fees of the Owner’s custodian, and all costs related to preparing, obtaining and delivering such documents as the Owner is required to provide. The Servicer shall bear all of its costs in connection with performing any due diligence of the Servicing Files, on boarding, monthly reconciliations, and standard reporting relating to the Mortgage Loans, as set forth or referenced in the applicable Servicer Acknowledgement. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, the Owner and the Servicer shall each bear their own expenses incurred in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
Transfer Expenses. Seller shall pay all sales and transfer taxes levied on the transfer of the Purchased Assets, if any. Ad valorem taxes, if any, relating to the Purchased Assets shall be prorated as of the Closing Date.
