Common use of Payment of Subscription Price Clause in Contracts

Payment of Subscription Price. The Subscription Price for Warrant Shares subscribed for under Warrants will be paid in cash, by certified cheque, bank draft or money order payable to or to the order of the Company or to the Trustee at par at the city where the Series A Warrant Certificate or Series B Warrant Certificate is surrendered.
