Payment of supplemental charges. All supplemental charges for each term (and for other unpaid supplemental charges that were agreed in the previous term) will be invoiced separately and such invoice shall be sent to you before the start of the next term. All such supplemental charges must be paid in full before the first day of the forthcoming term. PLEASE READ THIS NEXT SECTION CAREFULLY – it sets out what rights we have, and what action the School may take, if charges and/or supplemental charges are not paid in accordance with these terms and conditions. (i) Non-payment of charges: refusal to attend school.
