Common use of Payment of Taxes and Property Impositions Clause in Contracts

Payment of Taxes and Property Impositions. Borrower has filed all federal, state, and local tax returns which it is required to file and has paid, or made adequate provision for the payment of, all taxes and assessments which are shown pursuant to such returns or are required to be shown thereon, including, without limitation, provider taxes which are due and owing as of the date hereof. All such returns are complete and accurate in all respects. Borrower has paid or made adequate provision for the payment of all applicable water and sewer charges, ground rents (if applicable) and Taxes (as defined in the Security Instrument) with respect to the Land and/or the Improvements which are due and owing as of the date hereof.
