Payment of Taxes, Duties, Etc. OF THE TRUST. Upon receipt under the Junior Subordinated Debentures of Additional Sums, the Property Trustee, at the direction of an Administrative Trustee or the Depositor, shall promptly pay any taxes, duties or governmental charges of whatsoever nature (other than withholding taxes) imposed on the Trust by the United States or any other taxing authority.
