Common use of Payment of TDD Administrative Fee Clause in Contracts

Payment of TDD Administrative Fee. As and when there are sufficient TDD Sales Tax revenues from the District to pay the TDD Administrative Fee, Developer hereby understands and agrees that such TDD Administrative Fee shall first be paid to the City prior to the payment of Eligible Expenses from the TDD Sales Tax Fund from Pay-As-You-Go TDD Financing.
