Payment of Termination Compensation; Continued Effectiveness of Certain Obligations. Any compensation due the Employee as a result of the termination of his employment status under this Agreement shall be paid in the same manner as if the Employee was still employed by the Company without regard to, set-off or reduction by reason of Employee's compensation for services or otherwise from any other source or party. No termination or expiration of this Agreement whether consummated by action of either party or by operation of the terms hereof, shall relieve the Employee from his continued performance of the obligations established under paragraphs 5 and 6 hereof.
