Payment of Termination Compensation; Continued Effectiveness of Certain Obligations. Any compensation due the Executive as a result of the premature termination of his employment status shall be paid to him after termination as one lump sum. No termination or expiration of this Agreement, whether consummated by action of either party or by operation of the terms hereof, shall relieve the Executive from his continued performance of the obligations established under Sections 5. and 6. hereof.
