Common use of Payment of Termination Costs Clause in Contracts

Payment of Termination Costs. The Customer must pay Termination Costs payable to Powerlink within 10 Business Days of notification of the termination event that gave rise to the obligation to pay the Termination Costs, which notification must also include a tax invoice for the Termination Costs.
