Payment of the Insurance Rent. The Tenant covenants to pay the Insurance Rent for the period commencing on the Rent Commencement Date and ending on the day before the next policy renewal date on the date of this Lease, and subsequently to pay the Insurance Rent on demand and, if so demanded, in advance of the policy renewal date
