Fire Fighting Equipment. To keep the Premises sufficiently supplied and equipped with such fire fighting and extinguishing appliances as shall from time to time be required by law or by the local or other competent authority or as shall be reasonably required by the Landlord and such appliances shall be open to inspection and shall be maintained to the reasonable satisfaction of the Landlord and also not to obstruct the access to or means of working such appliances or the means of escape from the Premises in the case of fire or other emergency.
Fire Fighting Equipment. The Tenant must keep the Premises supplied with such fire fighting equipment as the insurers and the fire authority require and must maintain the equipment to the reasonable satisfaction of the Landlord the insurers and the fire authority and in efficient working order.
Fire Fighting Equipment. The owner of a Community Lot shall ensure that any aircraft owned or under the control of the Lot owner is equipped with all fire fighting equipment prescribed by or under any State or Commonwealth Act for an aircraft of its class and that fire extinguishers are kept fully charged, maintained and in good order and condition.
Fire Fighting Equipment. The Clerk of Works must provide a planned inspection and maintenance schedule of fire fighting equipment and must maintain records of checks and defects found. The records are to be in an electronic and hard copy format. A set of fire extinguishers together with a fire blanket is required to be kept available for fire lecture purposes.

The Permit Holder shall provide and maintain in proper and serviceable condition fire fighting equipment to the satisfaction of the Government Representative and comply with any directions issued by the Buildings Department or the Fire Services Department in connection with the Permit Area.

Fire Fighting Equipment. The Tenant must comply with the requirements of and the duties imposed by the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and the reasonable requirements of the Landlord and/or the Superior Landlord as to fire safety at the Premises. In particular the Tenant must keep the Premises supplied with such fire-fighting equipment as is necessary to comply with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and as the insurers require, and must maintain the equipment to their satisfaction as the Landlord and/or the Superior Landlord reasonably requires, and must maintain the equipment to the reasonable satisfaction of the insurers and in efficient working order. The Tenant must cause any sprinkler system and other fire-fighting equipment to be inspected by a competent person at least once in every 6 months.
Fire Fighting Equipment. At various locations around the Site, clearly visible Fire Points shall be established for use in an Emergency and each Fire Point should have available as a minimum the following type of Equipment. Dry Powder Extinguisher. Water Type Extinguisher. Bucket of Sand. Recharging of Fire Extinguishers and their Proper Maintenance should be ensured and as a minimum should meet Indian National Standards. The Telephone Number of the Local Fire Brigade along with other Emergency Numbers (Hospital, Police Stations, Ambulance, etc.) shall be displayed near each telephone on Site. Supervisors and Workmen at the Site should be trained in the Use of Fire Fighting Equipment provided at the Site.
Fire Fighting Equipment. 19.1 The City of Xxxxxxxx River shall provide every Employee, covered by this Agreement all protective equipment as required by WorkSafeBC and all equipment as may be recommended in consultation with the Health and Safety Committee and approved by the City of Xxxxxxxx River.
Fire Fighting Equipment. Contractor shall provide and maintain adequate portable firefighting equipment at the site during the performance of the contract to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge and the local fire fighting authority. The work shall be executed in such a manner so as to minimize fire hazards.
