Common use of Payment of Total Subscription Price Clause in Contracts

Payment of Total Subscription Price. The Total Subscription Price is being satisfied by the Subscriber, concurrently with the execution hereof, by the payment to the Corporation of an amount equal to the Total Subscription Price, by wire transfer of immediately available funds to such account as the Corporation has designated.

The Total Subscription Price is being satisfied by the Subscriber, concurrently with the execution hereof, by (i) the payment to the Corporation of an amount equal to the Total Cash Subscription PriceAmount, by wire transfer of immediately available funds to such account as the Corporation has designated, and (ii) the surrender of the Note to the Corporation, duly noted as “Paid in Full” by an authorized representative of the Subscriber, and the cancellation of all principal and interest outstanding thereunder.
